Volunteers take charge of Rhoose library

By GEM Community Correspondent in Community News

On February 1, the Rhoose Community Library became responsible for the running of the former council-run library.

“A team of dedicated volunteers has been trained and they are eager to provide an excellent service for the community,” said the chairman, Coun Jeff James.

“My fellow trustees are determined that the library will widen its support by greater community. This is a great opportunity to introduce wider community uses through such uses as adult education and book clubs, and for it to become a centre for learning for people of all ages.”
