‘We support the St Athan Scheme’ Tory AM insists

REGIONAL AM Alun Cairns has met Metrix boss Charles Barrington – to pledge support for the multi-billion pound Defence Technical College planned for St Athan.
“I wanted him to know that Vale Conservatives back this scheme and to refute Labour Party allegations that we are opposed,” he said.
“It’s not the Conservatives who are dithering – it’s this Labour government which needs to make a final decision.
“The indecision is very damaging as no decisions can be made by any of the relevant authorities at the moment,” he concluded.
